A delegation of tour operators from Karelia, a relatively big region in the North-West of Russia, participated in the 17th Tehran International Tourism & Related Industries Exhibition (TITE-2024) from February 12 to 15.

TITE-2024 is a prominent event in the tourism industry, showcasing the latest trends, products, and services. With a focus on promoting tourism and related industries, the exhibition brings together professionals, exhibitors, and visitors from around the world.

Major tour operators from Karelia, including "InturLeader LLC," "Karelia Tour LLC," and "TX Rodina LLC," are presenting the tourist potential of the Republic of Karelia in Iran, showcasing territories within Karelia that are part of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.

Over the past few decades, tourism in the Russian Arctic has emerged as one of the most dynamically developing sectors of the economy. This unique region, boasting majestic natural beauty and incredible biodiversity, is gaining increasing attention from both domestic and international tourists.
