Russia has invited Vietnam to participate in the Safe Arctic 2025 emergency response exercises and the 15th International Integrated Safety & Security Exhibition.
I propose to consider the possibility of participating in the Safe Arctic 2025 exercises, the Head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) said on Thursday at a working meeting with Vietnam’s Minister of Public Security.
The Russian minister also invited Vietnamese experts studying at Russian EMERCOM institutions to take part in the 15th International Integrated Safety & Security Exhibition and join the first international competition of firefighters to be held as part of the exhibition.
The 15th International Integrated Safety & Security Exhibition (ISSE) 2024 will be held from 29 May to 1 June next year.
In turn, Vietnam’s Minister of Public Security said that the Vietnamese side is willing to participate in all international events organised by the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
The Head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry arrived in Vietnam on 9 November to discuss bilateral cooperation between rescue services during his two-day visit.
